Gas cooktop is fully function and ready to cook, but the oven is currently not functioning and waiting for a repair. Please leave the house just as clean as you find it with used linens in washer or laundry bag and run dishwasher. Then head inside to the 300 sqft open living/dining area. Hallway then leads to full bathroom and two small bedrooms. Kitchen and basement access in the back of house, and back door leads to 200 sqft deck with 200 sqft patio below with the hot tub easily accessible from each.
